Five of My Makeup Favorites

Updated: Jun 15

I do not do my makeup every day, but the idea of doing my makeup and getting dressed every morning makes me happy. For your everyday makeup you don’t need so many products. Let’s dive into my everyday makeup favourites.

If you want to have nice make up on, you need a good foundation. Your foundation needs to give you a glow and not be greasy looking. Foundation should look like a thin skin and Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Long Wear Foundation is my favourite.

My makeup look has changed since I found Lancôme foundation. It is very lightweight, and it doesn’t make your skin look dry or greasy. I changed it to another product a few times because I thought $47 is very expensive and found a few cheaper options. I honestly love Lancôme so much that I do not think I will change it anytime soon. It also contains SPF 15 which means it gives you a little sunscreen protection as well. Try others and I will give you my honest opinion.

Better than Sex Mascara by Too Faced has been my best friend for many years too. I love it because it gives volume to my lashes and makes them look longer and thicker. Fun fact I recently discovered about it is that it’s vegan, and is parabens, gluten, and cruelty free.

Tarte Concealer contains shea butter that helps retain skin's elasticity, mango butter that helps moisturize & condition, and also licorice root to brighten appearance of dark circles & color corrects.

I apply concealer directly onto imperfections & blend using the larger, domed end of the sponge to best conceal dark circles, trace concealer onto under eye area and blend.

Juicy Lip from Tarte is the best lip balm. I love shade: rose, and hibiscus

I also love to use NYX Lingerie XXL shade Push’D Up when I go out and top it with Juicy Lip.
